Business English B1 (FB 07), ab begonnenem oder abgeschlossenem aktuellem B1 (6 ECTS)
This course takes place in presence. There are weekly self-study/group-work units as well.
This course aims to provide students with the vocabulary, the communicative skills, and grammar required for B2 level English Business. By the end of the course, students will have acquired a solid understanding of Business English. Further, they will have built upon their vocabulary and grammar knowledge and will be able to use English more fluently.
Throughout the course, aspects of business will be examined with the emphasis on language construction and comprehension. Class discussions and role plays will be used to help students gain a better understanding of language and content. Presentations and discussions will be part of the course.
4 SWS Präsenz und 2 SWS indiv. Gruppenarbeit mit Feedback sowie Übungen mit stud. Hilfskraft (muttersprachlich)
Mögliche Nachholtermine: 25.06., 8.7.

Prüfung: Ergebnisse der Präsentation / Gruppenarbeit + Klausur
Der Kurs startet am 26.04.2022 und endet voraussichtlich am 19.07.2022.
Die Abschlussprüfung findet voraussichtlich in den letzten Kurssitzungen in Präsenz statt.
In unseren Kursen besteht Anwesenheitspflicht. Studierende, die aufgrund einer chronischen Erkrankung oder einer Behinderung nicht regelmäßig teilnehmen können oder auch für die Abschlussprüfung besondere Bedarfe haben, müssen sich bis zur zweiten Kursstunde an: language@uni-kassel.de wenden.
