Registration during the Introductory Seminar as well as in HIS until 16.02.2022.

Introductory Seminar: Introductory Seminar: 24.01.2022 (Monday) at 15:15 in Room 1252 applying the actual Corona rules of the University

The Lab Course will take place in presence. Details will be given during the Introductory Seminar.

Summary:

  1. Characterization for nanostructured surfaces by atomic force microscopy (AFM)
  2. Nanolithography with AFM
  3. Photoluminescence- and transmission spectroscopy of nanostructured semiconductors
  4. X-ray diffraction on nanostructures

For every experiment you should plan approx. 1 week for preparation and 1 week for evaluation. The experiments take approx. 1 - 1,5 days.
